Keeping a high level in technical skills
In the challenging, technical environment IPP is part of, we need to stay up-to-date. We all want to work closely with our customers and we want to speak your language by supplying all necessary and important information. One example:
IPP’s Claus Wübbena, our international RF Manager, developed a great tool that uses presentations with product-, specific- and technical information in the RF area. This tool is used to update and permanently improve the knowledge within the IPP team.
Instead of using technical literature, Claus prepared specific presentations, containing a lot of knowledge and facts packed together. The team uses these every time to get and stay updated – and in addition ask him for support if necessary.
Claus states:
“I am responsible for RF sales and because of my extensive experience in this area I am able to support the IPP team with every challenge, no matter how complex. Together we take excellent care of our customers.”
The training material grows by updating and adding new information and developments about RF connectors, cables assemblies. For the future we plan to add examples and solutions.
