Located at our head office facility, we have highly skilled engineers who provide service for all LaserDyne products such as:
- Laser Rangefinders;
- Rugged Displays;
- Solid State Recording Devices;
- And more in the near future.
We have state-of-the-art equipment and tooling that is certified by external organizations. All relevant processes and procedures are in-house and are also ISO 9001:2015 certified.
Our Service Center provides our customers with full support, analysis and testing facilities in Europe and beyond. In addition, our engineers can visit on-site where required to save you time and inconvenience.
Our engineers offer an excellent service by phone, email and on site. This allows us to serve our customer faster for most of service requests they may have. Installation, product demonstration & commissioning support on site, annual contracted maintenance and refurbishments, faster turnaround times and less downtime at your end.
Our advanced and comprehensive optical table allows us to verify and align Laser Rangefinders, Scopes and Laser Pointers.
In 2023, our Service Center will be equipped with a clean room, which holds a steady temperature and overpressure airflow, separated from the rest of the building.
