We strive to deliver 100% perfect parts and kits. If for any reason you need to return parts or kits to IPP for evaluation, repair, rework or replacement, we have an on-line RMA form which you can complete and return to us.

We will respond within 72 hours with an RMA number which you may use, or with further questions if the status or complaint is unclear.

We aim to close out any RMA in the shortest possible timeframe and to our customer’s full satisfaction.
