What to expect from IPP’s Service Center?
We have learned that some of our new customers are wondering what to expect from IPP’s Service Center. That is not easy to sum up in a short message, but we will try!
We provide technical support in the broadest sense of the word. For example: if for (whatever reason) there is something wrong with the LRF, Display, connector or switch, we can usually repair it in our Service Center in the Netherlands within one week. With some specific products we can provide this service on site at your facility.
So, although we represent (mostly) US and Australian based companies our service center is located in Europe. This saves you time when your products need service!

Besides servicing, we also support our customers during their complete development process, until the implementation of our devices in the complete systems. Since we have a lot of experience, we can also recommend solutions that fit your needs and offer the highest possible quality.
