Kick-off meeting 2022
With the end of the year approaching, it was time to look at our performance over 2021 and prepare the forecast for next year. Because we are spread over Europe and Australia, IPP organizes a Kick-off meeting once a year with the entire international staff. This year it took place in beautiful Lisbon.
Four days of meetings, four days of presentations and four days of team building. The results were very satisfying! We made new plans, discussed what we can improve and finally met each other again!
