IPP passed ISO audit with flying colors
Two years ago, IPP was the first Dutch company to certify against the ‘new’ ISO 9001:2015 norm. This past month it was time for our Focus audit already. Another day well spent with Lloyd’s auditor Sjaak Gerrit going through the quality manual in full depth: risks, goals, challenges, procedures, major developments, you name it, all was covered!
As we highly value of the quality manual and appreciate the need for it, we obviously maintain it well throughout the year. Therefor we had no concerns in advance regarding passing the audit. Our efforts paid off, our trust was not abased as we passed with flying colors.
We are ready and have full faith in next year’s certificate renewal audit!
