Driven & Enthusiastic technical Sales Manager UK & Scandinavia
LIVING IN ITALY, SPAIN OR THE BENELUX
We are looking for a Technical Sales Manager for the UK and Scandinavia to support our European expansion. You live in Spain, Italy or the Benelux.
You want to spend at least 50% of your time with customers and chasing prospects in the UK & Scandinavia. So you are used to international travelling.
You love building relationships, opening doors and linking businesses with groundbreaking technology. You can grasp solutions in your market and know how to pitch these to (potential) customers in the Aerospace & Defence industry.
This job is right for you if you have strong selling skills, like to work independently and are capable of opening doors! You like being in front of customers working on solutions and closing deals, and preferably have a technical background. Experience in the Aerospace & Defence industry will be a plus.
You will be supported by the (Dutch) head office for order processing, logistics and administrative matters. Our technical experts will support you in case of complex issues. In this position, you will not be managing other personnel, but will be managing your accounts. You are very precise in reporting and registering your work in our CRM in a structural and correct way.
You will have a territory with existing business and your main goal is searching for new projects and opportunities. The deals we work on in this business often go through long design phases and it can take some time for real orders to materialize. However, good programs keep delivering business year after year.
IPP has been serving Aerospace & Defence since 1973. We represent principals from the USA, Australia and the UK. We are responsible for design-in and sales of electro-mechanical components and electro-optical devices. Our company has a solid reputation across the European A&D market and we have worked with the same principals for many years.

Our Sales Managers work with independence and feel confident about their abilities and their products. They know their customers, the marketplace, and what programs and projects are underway. They can deliver results! They are hunters, they have self-initiative and they have a real drive!
For this position, we require full fluency in English and other languages will be a plus. You have a solid education and relevant B2B working experience (for example sales in electronics / electrical engineering / electro mechanics).
Salary will be attractive. We have a commission scheme so successful technical Sales Managers can greatly increase their income. The job offers good benefits and tools to perform the work. We provide extensive training and experienced colleagues will support you to have an excellent start.
