They are then stored in our secure warehouse under optimal conditions - managed under our Inventory Management System.

We strive to deliver 100% perfect parts and systems. If for any reason you need to return parts or systems to IPP for evaluation, repair, rework or replacement, we have an on-line RMA form which you can complete and return to us.
We will respond within 24 hours with an RMA number which you may use, or with further questions if the status or complaint is unclear.
We will be opening our Netherlands based Service Center by January 1st 2016. This Service Center will provide level l and level ll servicing on all Laserdyne products. During 2016 we plan to expand our service capabilities for Laserdyne products and for other products. We will keep you updated on our progress.
